Sharon "Chumba" Chepchumba: A Rising Star in Kenyan Volleyball

Sharon has been instrumental in the Malkia Strikers' recent performances, contributing significantly to the team's success in various regional competitions.​ She made her Olympic debut with the team during the Paris 2024 Games, marking a significant milestone in her career. Before transitioning to volleyball, Sharon was a goalkeeper in football during her time at Tartar Secondary School. Despite her powerful presence on the court, she is known for her shy demeanor off the court and is the only child to her parents.
